Its strong and diverse communities, neighbourhood structure, sustainable economic growth and excellent connections within and beyond the region will make it a place that people enjoy and want to live, work and visit.
We have a significant programme of regeneration and development across Crawley which we believe will help us achieve our vision in the coming years. There are numerous opportunities for development, investment and expansion in the town. A surge in uptake of commercial premises has led to an urgent need for more, with opportunity sites seeking residential and mixed-use in the town centre and business uses in Manor Royal. Our exciting regeneration plans and the wealth of opportunity sites make Crawley the place to invest in.
