This project will provide every business in Manor Royal with the ability to connect to gigabit broadband.
Improving broadband connectivity in the Manor Royal Business Improvement District was highlighted as a key driver for economic growth. This project opens up future connectivity options across Crawley by deploying fibre-to-the-premise (FTTP) digital infrastructure throughout Manor Royal, enabling access to gigabit-capable connectivity for 100 per cent of premises.
This project is complementary to other digital connectivity developments across Crawley. The built network, which will include new infrastructure and the reuse of existing assets, such as ducts, will provide additional capacity and stimulate broadband competition across the town. This extra competition will enable choice and flexibility for businesses and will help support the ever-increasing requirements for broadband connectivity.
