The aim of this project is to deliver a programme of environmental upgrades and modernisation in Manor Royal Business District.

These include:

  • a network of new and connected micro parks – outdoor facilities and open space accessible to all within a five-minute walk regardless of where they work
  • environmental upgrades targeted for maximum visual amenity benefit in the immediate vicinity of the transformed bus waiting area
  • upgrading visually weak points of entry to the Business District
  • delivering a programme of lower-level environmental improvements to improve known “grot-spots” that degrade the experience and perception of working, trading and investing in Manor Royal

The project will deliver 3,300 m2 of new parks and outdoor space, 1,200 m2 of improved public realm, six micro parks, two gateway upgrades and a micro park walking trail.
