Crawley Borough Council is to join a delegation from the Gatwick Diamond region to exhibit at the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) which takes place in Leeds in May 2024.

This will be Crawley’s first attendance at the event which attracts over 10,000 investors, developers, occupiers and local authorities.

This landmark delegation will bring together a coalition of county councils, local authorities and private sector affiliates from across Sussex, Surrey, Kent, and South London, including Crawley, and Develop Croydon.

Spearheaded by the Gatwick Diamond Initiative and branded under Invest Gatwick Diamond, the region’s presence will be coordinated by Croydon-based White Label Creative. Visit the Gatwick Diamond's website for more information.

The mission is to bolster the growth of both emerging and established companies, cementing the Gatwick Diamond as a top-tier location for business, life, and global investment. The initiative collaborates closely with business leaders, educational institutions, local authorities, and government entities to meet the region’s multifaceted needs.

The Invest Gatwick Diamond group has secured exhibition space at UKREiiF, where they will engage with over 10,000 attendees – investors, developers, business occupiers and local government representatives – over three days.

Real estate and infrastructure play a critical role in regional development. That’s why we’re seizing this opportunity at UKREiiF to highlight our region’s unique selling points and its rich investment potential. We have so much to be proud of here in the Gatwick Diamond, and we are committed to meeting and partnering with like-minded organisations throughout the world.

London Gatwick were one of the first private sector organisations to announce their support of the delegation.

As the region’s economic anchor, London Gatwick is proud to be a partner and advocate for a thriving and resilient local economy. It is important that we promote the region to drive inward investment and position it as an attractive place to live, work and invest. So, we’re looking forward to doing just that in partnership with the local authorities and major stakeholders in the Gatwick Diamond region at UKREiiF in May.
