Our client saw the Employ Crawley advert in the local Streetwise magazine and made contact. The client had worked most of their career for one company with experience also gained in a few short-term roles. They were now looking for a local job with regular hours and was open-minded to consider a wide variety of job opportunities.

The client was assigned a personal advisor and together they created a Curriculum Vitae (CV) that reflected their work experiences. They discussed the client's work requirements and the client would consider all work options within Crawley including the airport, their ideal job would be Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work if needed, day shifts and accessible by public transport. Local jobs fair information was shared and the client attended them and gave recruiters a CV. The advisor highlighted a job that was within walking distance of the client's home and the client looked at the details of the role and contacted the company for an application form which they completed and returned with a CV. An interview was offered and interview techniques and tips were shared.

Employ Crawley created a CV which enabled the client to apply for jobs. Information was shared regarding local jobs fairs and the local job opportunity. Advice was provided on interview techniques. The client was given guidance and encouragement to consider different roles.
