Longley House

Planning permission granted in 2022 to demolish the existing building and replace it with 121 residential units over nine floors with associated sub-station, car parking, tree works and landscaping. Crawley Borough Council purchased the site in early 2024 to deliver 121 new affordable homes in Crawley town centre. Construction is expected to begin in 2024 to 2025.
