Cross Keys

Cross Keys is currently a flat surface car park, owned by a private developer. Cross Keys connects the high street with The Broadway in a zigzag fashion and provides rear service access to commercial and retail premises lining high street, Broad Walk and the Broadway.

The site is included as part of a wider offer (Cross Keys, Church Walk and the Broadway) identified in the Local Plan and Town Centre Supplementary Planning Document as a development opportunity and broad housing location.
