E-Veezy, a new charging point operator with a long-term commitment to sustainable infrastructure, has announced the official launch of its flagship ultra-rapid EV charging hub at Northwood Park on Gatwick Road, Manor Royal, which will open on Thursday 26 February 2026. The site marks a significant investment in local transport infrastructure, designed to make electric vehicle charging faster, safer and more convenient for the community it serves.
The Manor Royal hub features 27 state-of-the-art chargers delivering up to 400kW, placing it among the fastest public charging locations in the UK. Centrally located within one of the South East’s busiest business districts, the site operates 24/7 and has been designed to support a wide range of users, from parents and daily commuters to light commercial vehicle operators and airport travellers. Just three miles from Gatwick Airport, this facility is an eight-minute drive, offering a highly convenient charging option for drivers travelling to and from one of the UK’s busiest transport hubs. The site also includes on-site amenities including Greggs and Sainsbury’s Local, allowing drivers to recharge both their vehicles and themselves while on the move.
Charging your car shouldn’t be a hassle. Our flagship Manor Royal site sets the standard for what EV charging should be: reliable, well-lit, safe and easy to use. We are building a network people can trust, rooted in the communities it serves, and this launch is the first step in a long-term regional and national growth journey. But this project is about more than chargers. It is about supporting local businesses, strengthening regional connectivity and investing responsibly in the future. From solar-powered canopies to the creation of a new pocket park that enhances biodiversity, sustainability has been built into this site from day one.

The launch comes at a pivotal time for electric mobility in the UK. With well over one million electric vehicles now on UK roads and adoption continuing to accelerate, demand for dependable, high-capacity charging infrastructure is growing rapidly. Business parks such as Manor Royal, which supports more than 30,000 daily commuters and over 600 businesses, are increasingly seen as critical locations for future-proofed charging solutions that reduce range anxiety and support the transition to cleaner transport.
E-Veezy is a new charge point operator backed by experienced, long-term investors with a track record of successful developments in Crawley and the wider region. The company’s mission is to deliver a reliable, user-friendly charging network that boosts driver confidence and improves access to electric mobility in underserved locations. Manor Royal is E-Veezy’s flagship site and a blueprint for future hubs across the UK.
