Crawley Borough Council is delighted to confirm it will be returning to the UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) in May for the third time, joining the Gatwick Region Airport Economic Zone (AEZ) delegation to promote Crawley as a leading place to invest and do business.

Located at the heart of the Gatwick Diamond, Crawley is one of the South East’s strongest economic powerhouses. With a £6 billion economic output, 91,000 jobs, and more than 3,500 businesses, the town attracts and retains major international occupiers such as Virgin, Boeing, Nestlé, Siemens Healthineers, Thales, Tesla and many more. Crawley is also home to Manor Royal Business Improvement District(BID), the UK’s largest industrial business park, and benefits from its proximity to London Gatwick, providing fast UK and global connectivity.

As a long-standing driver of regional growth, Crawley plays a vital role in shaping the success of the Gatwick AEZ - championing innovation, supporting industry collaboration, and creating the conditions for economic opportunity.

UKREiiF is the UK’s leading forum for real estate, investment and infrastructure, bringing together property professionals, investors, developers and senior decision-makers from across the country.

Returning to the event provides the perfect opportunity to showcase Crawley to a wider, more diverse audience; highlighting the town’s ambitious plans, thriving business ecosystem and the fantastic opportunities available for investors, developers and industry partners.
