The Crawley Town Centre East Regeneration Plan provides a clear framework for revitalising the eastern quadrant of Crawley Town Centre through a coordinated approach to land use, design, investment and delivery. The plan assesses six key development sites alongside the surrounding public realm, identifying opportunities to introduce new residential, commercial, cultural and leisure uses that strengthen the town centre as a vibrant, sustainable and economically resilient destination.

The scheme is forecast to deliver over £160million per annum in GVA growth.
